The nose reveals the full intensity of this great wine, opening with aromas of morello cherry and raspberry, as well as notes of cocoa. After aeration, we discover hints of spice (pepper, cinnamon). The attack is clean, and we find the same aromas as on the nose. The tannins are silky and refined. The freshness gives the wine its liveliness.
