Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sales of products made on the website https://www.lamaisontchin.com , operated by La Maison Tchin, to consumers and non-professional clients.
All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – Products
Maison Tchin offers for sale:

alcoholic beverages (wines, champagnes, beers, spirits),

non-alcoholic beverages,
-
accessories and related products.
The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page. Photographs are not contractual.
Article 3 – Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation.
Maison Tchin reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
Article 4 – Order
The order is validated when the customer:

selects its products,

checks his basket,

accepts the terms and conditions.

proceeds with the payment.
A confirmation email is sent after payment is validated.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered on the site.
Transactions are secured via the Wix payment platform.
Article 6 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Alcoholic products
Alcohol delivery is strictly reserved for adults.
The delivery person has the right to ask for identification and to refuse delivery of the package if there is doubt about the recipient's age.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be:

Not opened.

not consumed
-
returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 8 – Responsibility
Maison Tchin cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products sold, particularly in the event of excessive alcohol consumption.
Article 9 – Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
Sale of alcohol
The sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors under 18 years of age (article L3342-1 of the Public Health Code).
By placing an order on the site, the customer certifies that they are of legal drinking age.
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer may have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute.
Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health; consume in moderation.
